Buy My Time (اشتر وقتي) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What We Collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number, password (hashed)
- Booking data: session dates, times, descriptions, messages
- Location (optional): city only, for matching professionals. No precise GPS tracking.
- Reviews: ratings and text you submit after a session
2. How We Use It
- To create your account and verify professionals
- To process bookings, handle billing, and manage sessions
- To show your profile and reviews to other users
- To send session reminders and transactional notifications
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising outside the app
- We do not track your precise location beyond the city you provide
4. Data Storage
All data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Communication between app and server is encrypted with HTTPS.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at hello@buymytime.app. We will process the request within 30 days.
